1.    Eat your fruits and vegetables.

4.    Drink water instead of sugary drinks.

The simplest and quickest way to balance your diet should be drink in water. Water is a must-have for your body and it is suggested to drink 2 and 3 liters per day. If you want some flavor, you may add a slice of lemon, lime, or watermelon or a splash of 100% juice to your glass. At the same time, you should avoid soft drinks, juices, sports and energy drinks, as well as other products containing artificial sweeteners.
